To promote, fund and protect scientific, technological and educational research with public benefit — with particular emphasis on the humanistic governance of artificial intelligence — through grants, fellowships and international cooperation partnerships, ensuring that the knowledge generated is open, verifiable and accessible across borders and income levels.

AION Synapse Foundation is implementing AI governance controls aligned with ISO/IEC 42001, covering both internal AI-assisted tools and applicant-facing features, and is pursuing formal certification.

Consistent with the Foundation's Environmental Policy, our sustainability commitment applies directly to how we build and operate our digital infrastructure.
