We are seeking specialists with a solid track record, ethical commitment, and a vocation for scientific excellence and innovation.
Doctorate (Ph.D.)
Degree in areas related to the themes of the call for applications.
Research Experience
Scientific research, innovation, technological development or international cooperation.
Project Management
Formulation, evaluation, execution or direction of R&D projects.
Academic Track Record
Publications, knowledge transfer, institutional leadership.
Integrity and Ethics
Independence, objectivity, confidentiality and ethical commitment.
AION Synapse Foundation will actively promote disciplinary, institutional and geographical diversity in the composition of the Panel.
Role of Selected Individuals
The selected evaluating judges will lead a rigorous, transparent evaluation process grounded in criteria of international excellence.
Assignment
Receipt of proposals assigned according to area of specialisation and thematic affinity, without conflicts of interest.
Analysis
Technical evaluation using the Official Evaluation Rubric of the AION Synapse Foundation.
Assessment
Provision of an objective, independent, and well-founded assessment of each proposal.
Feedback
Formulation of constructive observations and recommendations to strengthen the initiatives.
Completion
Submission of evaluations within the established deadlines, maintaining absolute confidentiality.

International bank transfer or another mechanism agreed upon between the parties.
Condition
Completion of all evaluation activities and submission of assessments within the established deadlines.
Nature
Participation on a professional and independent basis, with no employment relationship with AION Synapse Foundation.
Selected individuals will receive all necessary documentation, guidelines, and tools prior to the commencement of their activities.
Validity of the Call for Applications
The call for applications shall remain open until AION Synapse Foundation has constituted the International Panel of Evaluating Judges with the requisite profiles.
